We accept returns and refund requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customized or personalized items, including printed T-shirts, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
